Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson was an American actress. She began her career as a child actor as well as a model, Elson is perhaps best known for her roles on television for the character Alice Tyler on the CBS science fiction series . Andrea was selected to play Lynn Tanner in the popular show ALF from 1986. She worked many years for several popular TV shows, including Movies of the Day before deciding to quit the business and concentrate on her kids. The media reported in 2000 Elson's struggles to become a woman before the audience of sitcoms. The blonde New York City actress was born on March 6, 1970. Her father worked in advertising and she grew up travelling because of it. For the 10 years prior to her 10th birthday she was a resident of New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. When she was in San Diego Andrea got an agent and won the first role she attempted to audition for. Fusco was in favor of the idea, by saying "ALF is 285 years old, he can drink beer he's old enough. NBC cautioned Fusco to keep ALF from drinking in front of kids because it's a bad model. Fusco maintained that he believed ALF to be an adult and that he was able to handle drink. In 1995, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. It was treated successfully and his cancer was at a high level of remission through the end of 2019. On June 26, 2019 aged 75, he succumbed to his illness in the Lillian Booth Actors Home located in Englewood, New Jersey.
